Sugar Free BBQ Sauce

  1. Place oil in a large saucepan.
  2. Add onions and garlic.
  3. Saute over medium heat until translucent (approx 2-3 minutes).
  4. Mix the bouillon and water until partially dissolved.
  5. Add bouillon mixture and all remaining ingredients to the saucepan.
  6. Stir well using a wire whisk.
  7. Simmer, uncovered, 25-30 minutes to allow flavours to meld.
  8. Stir frequently.
  9. Refrigerate overnight in a non-metallic container.
  10. Sauce is best if prepared a day before using.
  11. Keeps well, refrigerated, for 1 week.
