Martini Marinated Salmon

  1. Place salmon in a small shallow dish.
  2. In a small bowl, combine vodka, vermouth and pepper.
  3. Pour over salmon.
  4. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
  5. Drain.
  6. Discarding liquid.
  7. Transfer salmon to food processor.
  8. Add cream cheese, mayo, chives and lemon zest.
  9. Process until smooth.
