Long Island Iced Tea (LIT)

• 1/2 -ounce vodka (recommended: Skyy Vodka)
• 1/2 -ounce gin (recommended: Beefeater Gin)
• 1/2 -ounce light rum
• 1/2 -ounce Triple Sec (recommended: Hiram Walker Triple Sec)
• 3 ounces sour mix (recommended: Finest Call Sour Mix)
• Ice
• Cola (recommended: Coca-Cola)
• Lemon wedge, for garnish

1. Combine first 5 ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice.
2. Shake and strain into a 14-ounce beverage glass.
3. Top with soda and garnish with a lemon wedge.
4. Serve with a tall straw.
