Easy Hayashi Rice with Beef & Onion
- 200 grams Beef
- 2 medium Onions
- 200 ml Ketchup
- 50 ml Tonkatsu sauce
- 1 tbsp Sugar
- 200 ml Water
- 1 dash Oil
- 1 Cooked rice
- Thinly slice the onions.
- Cut the beef into bite-sized pieces.
- Add a little bit of oil to the frying pan and lightly cook the onion.
- Once the onion starts to brown, add the beef.
- When the beef browns completely, add the water, ketchup, tonkatsu sauce, and sugar.
- Stir until the liquid evaporates enough that you can see the bottom of the pan when mixing the sauce, and then it's done.
- Pour it over rice and enjoy!
