Saute Of Green Beans Recipe
- 1 pound green beans, cleaned
- 1 shallot, minced
- 2 tbsp. butter
- 1/2 teaspoon Italian herbs
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- Blanch green beans till barely tender.
- Rinse under cool water.
- Heat butter in large frying pan.
- Saute/fry shallots.
- Add in herbs, salt and pepper.
- Add in beans and toss gently to coat.
- Add in more butter, if necessary.
- Saute/fry till warm.
