Saute Of Green Beans Recipe

  1. Blanch green beans till barely tender.
  2. Rinse under cool water.
  3. Heat butter in large frying pan.
  4. Saute/fry shallots.
  5. Add in herbs, salt and pepper.
  6. Add in beans and toss gently to coat.
  7. Add in more butter, if necessary.
  8. Saute/fry till warm.
