Easy Turkey - Ranch Pie

• 1 12 cups cut-up cooked turkey
• 1 12 cups frozen mixed vegetables
• 12 cup shredded monterey jack cheese (2 ounces)
• 12 cup original Bisquick baking mix
• 1 (1 ounce) envelope ranch dressing mix
• 1 cup milk
• 2 eggs

1. Heat oven to 400 degrees F. Grease 9" pie plate.
2. Place turkey and mixed vegetables in pie plate.
3. Sprinkle with cheese.
4. Stir remaining ingredients until blended.
5. Pour into pie plate.
6. Bake 35 minute or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
7. Cool 5 minutes.
