Moroccan Scrolls

  1. Sift dry ingredients into a bowl, rub in butter.
  2. Fold through carrot and milk until a soft sticky dough is formed.
  3. Knead on a floured surface until smooth.
  4. Roll to form a rectangle 20 x 30 cm, spread with Philly* and sprinkle over the lemon rind and paprika.
  5. Roll up on the longest side, as for a Swiss roll.
  6. Cut into 3 cm slices and place cut side up on a greased baking tray.
  7. Bake at 200C for 15- 20 minutes or until golden.
