A Slightly Different Sauce Bolognese Recipe
- 1 can Corned beef
- 1 med -sized onion
- 1 c. Tomato ketchup
- 2 Tbsp. Good grade extra virgin olive oil
- 1 bn (small) marjoram and oregano
- 1 Tbsp. Each dry herbs
- 1 pch Pepper and garlic pwdr
- Empty corned beef and tomato ketchup into bowl and stir thoroughly or possibly mix with electric mixer.
- Don't mince or possibly blend!
- Grate onion on coarse grater or possibly chop finely, fry in oil until transparent.
- Add in beef, ketchup, herbs, pepper and garlic, stir, cover and simmer over low flame for 10 mins.
- Pour into glass jars, cover tightly and when cold, put in refrigerator.
- Keeps 2 months in unopened jars, 1 week in opened jars.
- Fine over spaghetti, rice or possibly what have you.
