Dilled Carrots
- 1 lb carrot, chopped
- 1 cup celery, finely chopped
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 12 cup Chardonnay wine
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 2 tablespoons butter or 2 tablespoons margarine
- 18 teaspoon dried dill
- Place all ingredients in a large saucepan.
- Cover and cook over medium heat until tender, usually 10 to 15 minutes.
