30 Minute Dinner

  1. Heat a large saute pan (one that has a lid.)
  2. over high heat.
  3. Add oil.
  4. Add first 6 ingredients.
  5. Saute (stir fry 'til onions are translucent.
  6. Add Maggi seasoning and soup, mix well.
  7. Cover, reduce heat to medium low.
  8. Cook 'til thoroughly heated.
  9. Serve over something nice.
