Creamy Avocado Pasta

  1. Cook your pasta according to the package directions.
  2. To make the sauce, place the garlic cloves, lime juice, and olive oil into a food processor.
  3. Process until smooth.
  4. Add in the avocado, basil, and salt.
  5. Process until smooth and creamy.
  6. Pour sauce over pasta and toss until fully combined.
  7. Garnish with lime zest and black pepper.
  8. Enjoy!
  9. Note: Because of the avocado, this does not reheat well.
