Breakfast Cookies

  2. Combine all of the above into a bowl.
  3. The mix will be slightly more moist than a traditional cookie, but that's ok. We like them moist.
  4. Divide the mixture into 4 or 5 very large cookies, about 4 inches in diameter and 1 inch thick.
  5. Bake at 350 degrees for 14-16 minutes.
