Spaghetti & Meatballs
- 1 pound Ground Turkey
- 1 cup Dry Italian Breadcrumbs (heaping Cup)
- 2 cloves Garlic, Minced
- 2 whole Small Onions
- 1/2 teaspoons Salt
- 1/2 teaspoons Dried Parsley
- 18 teaspoons Black Pepper
- 4 Tablespoons Olive Oil
- 2 jars (26 Oz. Jar) Spaghetti Sauce
- Mix all ingredients except olive oil and sauce together in a bowl.
- Roll meatballs into 1-inch balls and set aside.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat and brown each side of the meatballs.
- Once all are browned, place meatballs in a pot with the spaghetti sauce and simmer on low for 1 hour.
- Serve over spaghetti and enjoy!
