JELL-O Meringue Poppers

  1. Heat oven to 250 degrees F.
  2. Beat egg whites, jelly powder and sugar in medium bowl with mixer on low speed 30 sec., then beat on high speed 3 to 4 min.
  3. or until stiff peaks form.
  4. Add vinegar; beat on low speed just until blended.
  5. Spoon into resealable plastic bag.
  6. Cut off one bottom corner of bag; use to pipe meringue into 36 (2-inch) mounds on parchment-covered baking sheets, using about 2 Tbsp.
  7. for each.
  8. Bake 25 to 30 min.
  9. or outsides of meringues are firm but centres are still soft.
  10. Cool on baking sheets.
