Barbequed Short Ribs Recipe
- 3 pound short ribs
- 1 c. tomato sauce
- 1 c. water
- 1/4 c. vinegar
- 1 tbsp. sugar
- 1 tbsp. mustard
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 2 med. onions, finely minced
- 1 tbsp. minced parsley
- Combine all ingredients, except meat and mix well.
- Put meat into roasting pan and pour mix over meat.
- Put in refrigerator for 4 hrs.
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Cover pan and bake in preheated oven for 3 hrs or possibly till tender.
- Serves 4.
