Fluffy and Fizzy Cider Jello
- 200 ml+150 ml Mitsuya cider (soda)
- 30 grams Marshmallows
- 1 tbsp Jam
- 5 grams+3 grams Powdered Gelatin
- Bring the soda and jam to room temperature.
- Cut the marshmallows into small pieces if they are large (about 1g per piece).
- Sprinkle in 5 g of gelatin into 3 tablespoons water (not listed), and microwave for 30 seconds (500~600W) to dissolve.
- Add 200 ml of soda to Step 2 and mix well.
- Pour into individual containers.
- Add the marshmallows proportionately.
- Use a tray etc.
- to place the glasses at an angle, and chill in the fridge for more than 30 minutes to solidify.
- Sprinkle 3 g of powdered gelatin into 2 tablespoons water (not listed), and microwave for 20 seconds to dissolve.
- Add 150 ml of soda and jam to Step 7, and mix well.
- Pour the mixture into the containers taken out of the fridge, and let chill in the fridge for more than an hour to solidify.
- Garnish with mint and fruit to your preference (both unlisted).
