Mango Salsa Chicken

  1. Cut each chicken breast horizontally in half to make 2 thin pieces.
  2. Mix next 3 ingredients until blended; rub onto both sides of each chicken piece.
  3. Refrigerate 10 min.
  4. Meanwhile, combine all remaining ingredients except oil.
  5. Heat oil in large nonstick skillet on medium-high heat.
  6. Add chicken; cook on medium heat 4 min.
  7. on each side or until done (170 degrees F).
  8. Serve chicken topped with mango salsa.
