Madeleine for Those with Egg Allergies

  1. Melt the butter.
  2. Preheat the oven.
  3. Grate lemon zest and add only the yellow zest.
  4. Squeeze the juice and add.
  5. Combine all of the ingredients.
  6. Pour into a mold, bake for 15 minutes at 355F/180C.
  7. Adjust to suit your oven.
