No-Bake Peanut Butter Balls
- 1/2 cup dates chopped
- 1/2 cup raisins, seedless chopped
- 1 cup walnuts chopped
- 1/4 cup molasses
- 1 cup peanut butter
- 1/4 cup orange juice
- 1/2 cup coconut shredded
- Combine dates, raisins and nuts in a medium sized bowl.
- Stir in the molasses.
- Add peanut butter, stirring until well combined.
- Stir in 2 tablespoons of the orange juice.
- Add enough of the remaining orange juice to form a moist mixture that can be formed into balls.
- Roll into 1/2 inch balls and roll each ball into the shredded coconut.
- Store in an airtight container out of direct sunlight.
- Let sit for at least 1 day before serving.
