No-Bake Peanut Butter Balls

  1. Combine dates, raisins and nuts in a medium sized bowl.
  2. Stir in the molasses.
  3. Add peanut butter, stirring until well combined.
  4. Stir in 2 tablespoons of the orange juice.
  5. Add enough of the remaining orange juice to form a moist mixture that can be formed into balls.
  6. Roll into 1/2 inch balls and roll each ball into the shredded coconut.
  7. Store in an airtight container out of direct sunlight.
  8. Let sit for at least 1 day before serving.
