Bacon-Florentine Cheese Tart

  1. Heat oven to 400F.
  2. Mix cracker crumbs and butter until blended; press onto bottom and 1 inch up side of 9-inch springform pan sprayed with cooking spray.
  3. Bake 4 to 5 min.
  4. or until lightly browned.
  5. Remove from oven; reduce oven temperature to 350F.
  6. Cook and stir bacon and red peppers in large skillet on medium heat until bacon is crisp.
  7. Remove from skillet, reserving drippings in skillet.
  8. Add onions to drippings in skillet; cook and stir until crisp-tender.
  9. Add spinach; cook 4 min.
  10. or just until wilted.
  11. Blend eggs, milk, cheese, flour and black pepper in blender until well blended.
  12. Add spinach mixture; blend until smooth.
  13. Stir in bacon mixture; pour into crust.
  14. Bake 30 to 35 min.
  15. or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
  16. Cool 15 min.
  17. Run knife around rim of pan to loosen tart; remove rim before serving.
