Carrots and Pork Vinegar Stir-fry
- 3 Carrot
- 200 grams Thinly sliced pork (any cut)
- 1/2 tbsp Sesame oil
- 1/2 tbsp Dashi stock granules
- 3 tbsp Sake
- 2 tbsp Sugar
- 2 tbsp Vinegar
- 2 tbsp Soy sauce
- 3 tbsp White sesame seeds
- Cut the pork to 1 cm thickness and julienne the carrots.
- Heat a pan with sesame oil, cook the pork first, then add the carrots.
- Pour the seasoning, and cover with a lid.
- Keep cooking until the sauce has reduced.
- Stir the pan occasionally.
- When the sauce is nearly reduced, sprinkle the white sesame seeds and it's done.
- Let the flavors meld while covered with a lid.
