Green Mango Mincemeat
- 1 12 cups mangoes, green chopped
- 2 cups apples, chopped
- 1 cup raisins
- 1 12 cups sugar
- 1 tablespoon vinegar
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 14 teaspoon clove
- 14 teaspoon mace
- 14 teaspoon salt
- Mix and cook all ingredients until mangoes are tender.
- Pack into hot, sterilized jars and seal.
- Process in boiling water bather for canner 5 minutes.
