Wing It Dinner

  1. Mix A-1 sauce and maple syrup, set aside.
  2. Place a handful of pineapple chunks per person, carrots, green peppers on a foil-lined 15x10x1-inch baking pan.
  3. Top with chicken wings, tips removed.
  4. Bake at 400 for 30 minutes.
  5. Remove pan from oven and pour A-1 sauce mixture over chicken and vegetables.
  6. Bake an additional 10 minutes.
  7. Serve with prepared Minute rice.
