Smoky Cheese Chile Muffins

  1. Mix dry ingredients together in a bowl.
  2. In a separate bowl, mix liquid ingredients, including chiles but not cheese.
  3. Add liquids to dry ingredients and just mix to homogeneity.
  4. Stir in cheese.
  5. Use paper-lined muffin cups sprayed with non-stick spray.
  6. Bake at 400 degrees F for 18-20 minutes.
