Easy Beef Enchiladas

  2. Brown burger the way you like it.
  3. I like to brown mine with the spices, of course, but I use Minced Onion instead of raw onion (mostly b/c it keeps better).
  4. I also like to add Mexican Spice, Cayan Pepper,and some Mrs.
  5. Dash.

  7. Drain burger.
  8. Then you add the tomatoes and refried beans.
  9. Mix together thorougly.
  10. Then add olives and tomato sauce to mix together again.

  12. Fill your tortillas.
  13. I place them in the cake pan before filling them, and roll them together when I am done.
  14. 4.
  15. You may not use all of your mixture, so pour it over the top of the filled tortillas, if you wish.

  17. Next, I pour the enchilada sauce on top of that, and sprinkle the shredded cheese.
  18. You may want to use the whole package or not, I like it cheesy.
  19. I also add about a 1/2 cup of water too.

  21. Stick this pan into a preheated oven, 350 degrees for about 20 minutes.

  23. If you are like me, I make some spanish rice to put on the side, since I am not big on having rice inside of everything.
  24. Garnish with sour cream or guacamole to your heart's content.
