Oven Bacon-Denver Omelet

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Cut 4 of the bacon slices in half; set aside.
  2. Beat eggs and milk in medium bowl with wire whisk until well blended.
  3. Crumble remaining 4 bacon slices.
  4. Add to egg mixture along with the cheese, peppers and onions; mix well.
  5. Pour into 8-inch square baking dish sprayed with cooking spray.
  6. Bake 20 to 25 min.
  7. or until center is almost set.
  8. Top evenly with reserved bacon slices.
  9. Bake an additional 5 min.
  10. or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
