Spring Spaghetti with Basil, Chili and Garlic

  2. In a saucepan, sautee the marinated prawns in olive oil for 2 minutes.

  4. Add garlic and stir until prawns are evenly cooked.
  5. This should take another 2 minutes.

  7. Add all the vegetables and chilli flakes.
  8. Season well with salt and pepper.

  10. Add pasta to the sauce mixture and pour the basil-infused olive oil over the pasta.
  11. Toss to combine.
  12. Toss in the basil.

  14. Finally, topped with some feta cheese and drizzle with some chilli oil.
