Spring Spaghetti with Basil, Chili and Garlic
- 10 pieces Prawns, Marinated In Salt And Pepper For 1 Hour
- 2 Tablespoons Olive Oil
- 1 bulb Garlic, Sliced
- 1 whole Red Capsicum (bell Pepper), Sliced
- 1 whole Green Capsicum (bell Pepper), Sliced
- 4 whole Cherry Tomatoes, Sliced
- 1 whole Red Chili, Cut
- 1/2 teaspoons Red Chili Flakes
- Salt And Pepper
- 2 cups Cooked Spaghetti
- 3 Tablespoons Basil Infused Olive Oil
- 1 bunch Basil Leaves
- 1 block (6 To 8 Oz. Size) Feta Cheese, Cut Into Cubes
- 1 teaspoon Chili Oil

- In a saucepan, sautee the marinated prawns in olive oil for 2 minutes.

- Add garlic and stir until prawns are evenly cooked.
- This should take another 2 minutes.
- 3.
- Add all the vegetables and chilli flakes.
- Season well with salt and pepper.
- 4.
- Add pasta to the sauce mixture and pour the basil-infused olive oil over the pasta.
- Toss to combine.
- Toss in the basil.
- 5.
- Finally, topped with some feta cheese and drizzle with some chilli oil.
