Mrs. Picky's Pig Pickin Cake

• 1 x cake mix yellow, 1 box, follow the box directions
• 1/2 each orange marmalade 1/2 jar, North Carolina Zesty, Peach Cocktail MmmMarmalade
• 1 x cream cheese frosting as needed
• 1 x mandarin oranges as needed, or orange marmalade

1. Simply follow the box directions for a yellow cake mix but use 1/2 jar of North Carolina Zesty Peach Cocktail MmmMarmalade in the mix.
2. On the top make a lovely creme cheese frosting topped with spoons of MmmMarmalade, phooey on old methods of using mandarin oranges, jazz it up and make it with style by using Mrs. Picky's MmmMarmalades.
3. If you want to make cupcakes with this recipe simple cut out the centers and infuse them with Mrs. Picky's products, top off with a lovely creme cheese frosting and add a few spoons of MmmMarmalade to the top to decorate cupcakes.
