Grapefruit

• 1 orange
• 2 grapefruits, cut to fit tube
• 1 lemon
• Liquid honey, (optional)

1. Using a juicer, process orange, grapefruits and lemon.
2. Whisk together with honey to taste, if using, and pour into a glass.
