Zuppa Tuscana Soup

  1. in a large stockpot put water, bouillon, salt, red pepper, garlic, and potatoes.
  2. cook on medium heat, stirring occasionally.
  3. saute the sausage and onion in a skilled until sausage is brown.
  4. add sausage to stockpot.
  5. add torn kale.
  6. simmer for 20-30 mins or until kale and potatoes are tender.
  7. add cream and bacon bits.
  8. simmer for 10 minutes.
  9. half/half can be substitute for heavy cream.
