Quick Cassoulet

  1. Spray large saucepan or Dutch oven with cooking spray.
  2. Heat 1 minute over medium-high heat; add sausage and chicken.
  3. Cook 5 minutes, or until chicken is no longer pink, stirring frequently.
  4. Add tomatoes with their liquid, beans, sugar, garlic powder and thyme.
  5. Bring to a boil; cover with lid.
  6. Reduce heat to low.
  7. Simmer 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  8. Remove from heat; stir in onions.
