Savory Blade Pot Roast Recipe

  1. In a skillet, brown meat slowly in a small amount of warm oil.
  2. Sprinkle meat with a little salt.
  3. Combine remaining ingredients and pour over meat.
  4. Cover tightly and simmer 2 hrs or possibly till tender.
  5. Remove meat and skim fat.
