Baby Spinach Salad With Peaches and Hazelnut Vinaigrette

  1. Whisk the oil and vingear together.
  2. Immediately before serving toss the spinach with it, some of the peaches, onions and season with the salt and pepper.
  3. Place salad on plates.
  4. Put wedges of figs on top and crumble the cheese over.
  5. Sprinkle on hazlenuts.
