Kates Chicken Bow Wow
- 4 whole Boneless Chicken Breasts
- 1/2 teaspoons Sea Salt (or Kosher Salt)
- 1/4 teaspoons Cracked Black Pepper
- 3/4 cups Flour
- 2 cups Panko Bread Crumbs
- 1 teaspoon Poultry Seasoning
- 1 teaspoon Onion Powder
- 1 Tablespoon Parsley
- 2 whole Eggs
- 1/2 cups Milk
- Preheat oven to 350F.
- Wash raw chicken and pat dry with paper towel.
- Flatten chicken breasts on a cutting board using a mallet.
- Then season with salt and pepper.
- Set aside.
- Put dry ingredients: flour, bread crumbs, poultry seasoning, onion powder, and parsley in a bowl and stir until blended together.
- In another bowl, add the eggs and milk.
- Mix well with a wisk.
- Dip chicken in the egg first, then coat with the flour/ bread crumb mixture.
- Place chicken in a lightly greased glass pyrex baking dish and cover with tin foil.
- Bake at 350F for 35-40 minutes.
