Sweet Potato & Bacon Casserole

• 4 lb. sweet potatoes (about 8), cooked, peeled and mashed
• 1/2 cup MIRACLE WHIP Dressing Family Dollar $3.50 thru 02/07
• 1/2 cup packed brown sugar, divided
• 8 slices OSCAR MAYER Bacon, cooked, crumbled and divided
• 1-1/2 tsp. orange zest Safeway 1 lb For $0.79 thru 02/09
• 1/2 cup chopped PLANTERS Pecans
• 1 Tbsp. butter, softened
• 1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon

1. Heat oven to 350F.
2. Mix potatoes, dressing, 1/4 cup sugar, half the bacon and zest in large bowl.
3. Spoon into 2-qt.
4. casserole sprayed with cooking spray.
5. Combine remaining sugar and bacon with remaining ingredients; sprinkle over potato mixture.
6. Cover.
7. Bake 1 hour or until heated through, uncovering after 20 min.
