Peggy's Best Brownies (Chewy) Recipe

• 1 1/2 c. butter
• 2 2/3 c. granulated sugar
• 6 Large eggs
• 1 1/4 c. cocoa
• 2 teaspoon vanilla
• 1 1/2 c. flour
• 1/2 teaspoon baking pwdr
• 1/4 teaspoon salt
• Minced walnuts (optional)

1. Cream butter and sugar.
2. Add in Large eggs two at a time mixing well.
3. Stir in cocoa and vanilla.
4. Stir in flour, baking pwdr and salt.
5. Pour into a greased cookie sheet or possibly 9x13 pan (cookie sheet is best).
6. Top with minced walnuts if you like.
7. Bake at 350 degrees for 35-45 min till the center has just lost its shine and toothpick comes out almost clean.
