Chopped Up Dip
- 6 packages (2 Oz. Each Package) Pressed, Formed Beef Slices (The Brand Name In My Neck Of The Woods Is Buddig)
- 2 packages (8 Oz. Each Package) Softened Cream Cheese
- 3 Tablespoons Dill Pickle Relish
- Stack and chop the beef slices into pretty small pieces, then mix into the softened cream cheese.
- I usually use the 1/3 less fat variety just to feel a bit self-righteous.
- Mix in the dill pickle relish along with a bit of the pickle juice to loosen the dip to spreading consistency.
- You can add more or less beef and more or less relish to suit your taste.
- Serve with Triscuits; if you can find the deli rye variety, all the better.
