Chicken Noodle Eggs on Toast

  1. Hard-boil the eggs for 10 minutes and set aside in a cold water bath.
  2. Melt the 2 tbspn of butter over medium heat, set aside and mix in the 2 tbspn of flour until rue is achieved.
  3. Mix in the dry Lipton chicken noodle and stir it in to the rue.
  4. Place back on heat.
  5. Add the 2 cups of milk slowly, stirring frequently, over medium heat.
  6. Bring to a boil, frequently stirring, over medium heat.
  7. Continue to stir until thickened.
  8. Peel the eggs and chop them roughly, adding them into the mixture.
  9. Turn down heat.
  10. Season with desired salt and pepper.
  11. Continue to stir.
  12. Toast the bread, lightly butter.
  13. Add mixture on top and enjoy!!!!!!
