Pecan Caramel Roll Recipe

• 1 (7 ounce.) jar marshmallow creme
• 1 box confectioners' sugar
• 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
• 3 Packages caramels
• Minced pecans

1. Combine first three ingredients in bowl.
2. Mix with hands till well blended.
3. Shape into logs.
4. Refrigeratein freezer till hard.
5. Heat caramels with 2 Tbsp.
6. water in top of double boiler.
7. Roll logs in caramel mix and then in minced pecans.
8. Yield: 12 to 13 logs.
