Pita Chip Snacks

  1. Preheat oven to 350'F.
  2. With a pair of sizzors, cut pita into wedges.
  3. Separate the two sides of pita and place rough side down.
  4. With a pastry brush, lightly paint olive oil across the pita wedges.
  5. Sprinkle to taste, a generous amount of lemon pepper or one of the Mrs.
  6. Dash blends, using more or less than the amount stated above.
  7. Place in oven and cook for about 4 minutes or until the pita slices become dry and crisp and just start to turn brown around the edge.
  8. Serve warm or let cool and store in a freezer bag.
