Ginger Teriyaki Beef

  2. Cut beef in strips.
  3. 2.
  4. Wash snow peas and broccoli and cut broccoli in small florets.
  5. Cut baby corn lengthwise in half.

  7. Combine teriyaki, hoisin sauce, and mirin in a small bowl.

  9. Heat half the oil in a wok and stir-fry beef until browned.
  10. Take beef out of the wok and set aside.
  11. 5.
  12. Heat remaining oil in the wok and stir-fry broccoli until almost tender.
  13. 6.
  14. Return beef to the wok with the sauce mixture, snow peas, corn and ginger.
  15. Stir-fry until vegetables and beef are cooked.
  16. 7.
  17. Remove from heat and sprinkle with sprouts.
  18. 8.
  19. Serve with rice.
