Ginger Teriyaki Beef
- 3/4 pounds, 38 ounces, weight Beef, Lean
- 4- 1/2 ounces, weight Snow Peas
- 4- 1/2 ounces, weight Broccoli
- 1-78 ounces, weight Baby Corn
- 2 tablespoons, 2 teaspoons, 1-78 pinches Teriyaki Sauce
- 4 tablespoons, 2-78 pinches Hoisin Sauce
- 1 Tablespoon Mirin
- 1/2 teaspoons Peanut Oil
- 38 ounces, weight Ginger
- 1-78 ounces, weight Bean Sprouts

- Cut beef in strips.
- 2.
- Wash snow peas and broccoli and cut broccoli in small florets.
- Cut baby corn lengthwise in half.
- 3.
- Combine teriyaki, hoisin sauce, and mirin in a small bowl.
- 4.
- Heat half the oil in a wok and stir-fry beef until browned.
- Take beef out of the wok and set aside.
- 5.
- Heat remaining oil in the wok and stir-fry broccoli until almost tender.
- 6.
- Return beef to the wok with the sauce mixture, snow peas, corn and ginger.
- Stir-fry until vegetables and beef are cooked.
- 7.
- Remove from heat and sprinkle with sprouts.
- 8.
- Serve with rice.
