Almond-Coconut Flour Blend

  1. Thoroughly combine all ingredients and store in a cool dry place.
  2. For a smaller batch of this flour, a 2:1:1 ratio, by volume, of almond meal, coconut flour, and arrowroot starch will also work.
  3. The above measurements are based on using commonly-sized packages in their entirety.
  4. This is my prefered flour blend for making cookies.
  5. When using, I substitute 120 grams of almond-coconut flour per cup of all-purpose flour.
  6. Just be sure to also reduce the butter/fat in the recipe by about half to account for the oil in the almond meal.
