Major's guilty chicken

  1. flatten boneless/skinless chicken breasts
  2. on tin foil, lay several strips of bacon out
  3. place chicken breasts on bacon
  4. seperate sausage into 6 equal amounts
  5. place 1/6 of sausage on chicken
  6. roll chicken and bacon around sausage
  7. wrap with tin foil twisting ends tight
  8. repeat with remaining ingredients
  9. par boil tin foil packs for 20 minutes
  10. remove from water and tin foil
  11. place in refrigerator to set for 30 minutes to 1 hour
  12. in large fry pan finish cooking and crisp outter bacon layer
  13. let rest for 5 minutes
  14. slice into 3/4 inch medallions, cut on angle for prettier presentation
  15. serve with long grain or wild rice
