Balsamic vinegar roasted cabbage and sausage

  1. Preheat oven to 450 Fahrenheit
  2. In a pan add cabbage.
  3. Put vinegar on top salt and garlic.
  4. Drizzle olive oil on top add half cup of water into pan not on cabbage add split and sliced sausage
  5. Roast 20 minutes add margarine on top of cabbage slices a tables spoon each add the other half of water
  6. Cover put back in oven for 25 minutes then take out of oven let rest covered 15 minutes
