Balsamic vinegar roasted cabbage and sausage
- 5 slice of cabbage three quarters of an inch thick
- 5 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- 1 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 1/4 tsp granulated garlic powder
- 5 tbsp margarine
- 1 cup water
- 1/4 cup olive oil, extra virgin
- 3/4 lb sausages
- Preheat oven to 450 Fahrenheit
- In a pan add cabbage.
- Put vinegar on top salt and garlic.
- Drizzle olive oil on top add half cup of water into pan not on cabbage add split and sliced sausage
- Roast 20 minutes add margarine on top of cabbage slices a tables spoon each add the other half of water
- Cover put back in oven for 25 minutes then take out of oven let rest covered 15 minutes
