Bow-Tie Pasta Salad with Veggies
- 4 cups farfalle (bow-tie pasta), uncooked
- 2 cups frozen edamame (shelled)
- 1 yellow pepper, chopped
- 1 beefsteak tomato, seeded, chopped
- 1/2 cup Kraft Extra Virgin Olive Oil Caesar Vinaigrette Dressing
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh chives
- Cook pasta in large saucepan as directed on package, omitting salt and adding edamame to the boiling water for the last 5 min.
- ; drain.
- Place in large bowl.
- Add peppers, tomatoes and dressing; mix lightly.
- Top with chives.
