Carrot Satay Meatballs

  1. Combine all ingredients in a large bowl, mix well.
  2. Shape into walnut sized balls.
  3. Bake in a shallow, lined baking dish at 200C for 20 minutes or until cooked through.
  4. Serve with Satay Sauce.
  5. Makes approximately 24 bite size meatballs.
