Asiago Turkey Burger
- 24 each ground turkey patties
- to taste salt and pepper
- 24 each Asiago cheese, cut into 1/2 oz. slices
- 24 each cornmeal-dusted kaiser rolls, split, toasted
- 3 cups A.1. Gourmet Sauce, Sundried Tomato
- 24 each leaf lettuce
- 72 slices CLAUSSEN Kosher 1/8 Pickle Chips
- - red onions, sliced, separated into rings
- Season 1 turkey patty with salt and pepper.
- Grill on medium-high heat 3 to 4 min.
- on each side or until cooked through (165 degrees F).
- Top with 1 cheese slice.
- Grill an additional 30 sec.
- or until cheese begins to melt.
- For each serving: Spread cut sides of roll with 2 Tbsp.
- tomato sauce.
- Place 1 lettuce leaf on bottom half of roll; top with 3 pickles, 1/2 oz.
- onions, burger and top of roll.
