Spicy Potatoe Hash #SP5

• 20 ounces Simply Potatoes Shredded Hash Browns
• 1 dozen egg
• 1 lb chorizo sausage
• 1 chopped jalapeno, seeds removed
• 1 cup cheddar cheese

1. Saute Chorizo Sausage and jalapeno for 3 minutes on medium heat, add the potatoes.
2. Cook on Medium high for 7 minutes or until potatoes are tender and beginning to brown.
3. Add beaten eggs, cook for 5 minutes on Medium heat, stirring occasionally.
4. top with cheese and serve when cheese melts - about 2 minutes.
5. Serve immediately.
