Hannah's Supremely Cheesy Sauce for Veggies Etc.....

  1. Warm the milk in the microwave for 1 -2 minutes.
  2. Grate the cheeses and crush the garlic.
  3. Melt Butter in a large saucepan on medium heat.
  4. Add flour and stir together.
  5. Let cook for 2 minutes and then add milk and whisk until smooth.
  6. Adjust heat and bring to a simmer.
  7. Add crushed garlic, cheeses and seasoning and whisk smooth until smooth and creamy adding a little more milk to thin if the sauce becomes too thick.
  8. Only add salt after tasting as the chees and butter contain salt.
  9. Serve over veggies, chicken, fish or pasta!
