Cajun Shrimp
- 14 lg. unpeeled shrimp
- 6 tbsp. cold unsalted butter
- 1-1/2 tsp. ground black pepper
- 1-1/2 tsp. cracked black pepper
- 1 tsp. Creole seasoning
- 3 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp. chopped garlic
- 1 lemon, juice of
- Hot French bread
- Preheat the oven to 450F.
- Place the shrimp, 3 Tbsp of butter, seasonings, and garlic in a saute' pan or oven proof skillet large enough to hold the shrimp in only one layer.
- Place shrimp in oven for about 2 minutes.
- Remove and turn the shrimp over and return for another 2-3 minutes.
- Remove the shrimp.
- Place on the stove on medium heat.
- Add the lemon juice and the remaining 3 Tbsp of butter, 1 Tbsp at a time.
- Serve in a bowl with the French bread for the dipping.
