Cajun Shrimp

  1. Preheat the oven to 450F.
  2. Place the shrimp, 3 Tbsp of butter, seasonings, and garlic in a saute' pan or oven proof skillet large enough to hold the shrimp in only one layer.
  3. Place shrimp in oven for about 2 minutes.
  4. Remove and turn the shrimp over and return for another 2-3 minutes.
  5. Remove the shrimp.
  6. Place on the stove on medium heat.
  7. Add the lemon juice and the remaining 3 Tbsp of butter, 1 Tbsp at a time.
  8. Serve in a bowl with the French bread for the dipping.
